III. HOW WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION
Employees/Applicants. Once you are under consideration for an available position, or become staffed with an employer, we may share additional information with the employer in the ordinary course of providing our legal staffing services.
Service Providers. We may share personal information with third party service providers to verify application and resume information, to conduct background checks, drug screenings, and/or psychological screenings (when required for the available position), and as otherwise reasonably necessary to provide our legal staffing services. We also may share personal information with companies that perform administrative services on our behalf, including companies that provide data processing, web design and hosting, accounting, profit-sharing, payroll, billing, legal, and insurance (including liability, workers compensation, and unemployment) services.
Affiliates and Business Partners. We may share personal information with our affiliated entities and our strategic business partners. These companies and organizations may use the information to contact you regarding information, products, or services that may be of interest, or as otherwise required or permitted under applicable law.
Law Enforcement and Protection. We may disclose your personal information when we believe disclosure is appropriate to comply with applicable law (including a court order or subpoena); to prevent or investigate a possible crime, such as fraud or identity theft; or to resolve disputes, enforce our Terms of Use, or protect the rights, property or safety of our website, other users, or third parties. We reserve the right to report to appropriate law enforcement or government agencies any activities that we, in good faith, believe to be harmful or unlawful, with or without providing notice to you.

All information submitted by you through our website is treated as a business asset, and may be transferred to another organization that acquires an ownership interest in the stock or assets of our company, including as the result of a sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or liquidation.
