Holiday Pay: As your work hours
on JurisTemps' payroll accrue, you may become eligible for
holiday pay on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence
Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving day, Christmas day once you've
met our hourly requirements. Holiday pay is equal to eight
hours at your current hourly rate.
Vacation Pay: Take a vacation
on us! JurisTemps is pleased to offer a 1-week paid vacation
(equal to 40 hours worked at your average hourly rate) for
employees showing a long-term commitment and meeting the required
work hour minimum.
Skill Enhancement: Learn something
new, or refine existing skills! JurisTemps offers a variety
of skill enhancement opportunities, including word processing
programs and other software packages. After meeting your minimum
requirements, JurisTemps will pay 50% of your tuition for
selected classes in approved programs.
Health, Life & Disability Insurance:
JurisTemps is proud to offer insurance to all employees. We offer a comprehensive package that is offered to us through the American Staffing Association (ASA). Cost is based on age and existing conditions. Please consult a member of our recruiting staff to obtain information and an application. There are no employment prerequisites to qualify.
Accrued Profit-Sharing: Employees
meeting minimum work hour requirements will automatically
qualify for JurisTemps' profit-sharing program!
Direct Deposit: To make your
life easier, JurisTemps offers direct deposit for payroll
